Duties and responsibilities
 

Two rescue boats purchased by Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. 

They will be operating along the Waa - Vanga beach on rescue operations.

Requirements for appointment:
 

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must;

• Be a Kenyan citizen above 18 but not exceeding 40 years.
• At least have a KCPE certificate
• Must have a certificate of competence as a coxswain from Kenya Ports Authority (KPA)
• Knowledge of first aid skills and certificate of good conduct.
