Boma Safi Limited is a Social Enterprise engaged in the distribution of life improving and poverty solving goods to Bottom of Pyramid (BoP) consumers in rural and peri urban markets.
Boma Safi reaches these markets through engagement with points of sale who are typically entrepreneurs, SACCOs, women organizations and faith groups.
To create a competitive environment in which we are better able to serve our clients, Boma Safi wishes to recruit a self driven Sales and Marketing Agents to further its agenda.
Boma Safi is expanding to other parts of Kenya and is seeking to recruit Sales and Marketing Agents in the following areas: Kericho, Kisii, Eldoret, Kisumu, Nakuru, Molo, Bomet, Naivasha, Nyandarua,
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 3 – 4 years experience in SACCO, MFI or consumer goods (without including fast moving goods)
- Experience working with organized groups
- A self starter
- Good communication skills
- Age – 25 years and above
- Ready to work in a startup company
Package: This is the proposed salary for the position.
Marketing and Sales Agent Cities (Nairobi and Mombasa) – Ksh 25,000 plus sales commissions upon reaching minimum targets and the rest of the country a retainer of Ksh 16,500 plus sales commissions upon reaching minimum targets
