Duties and Responsibilities of Head of Sales Include:
- Overall responsibility for sales of retail services on all retail outlets
- Management and building-up of a strong and highly driven sales & marketing team through creation of business plan, training, and mentoring
- Designing and implementing sales strategies and structures for increased sales
- Review progress of sales & marketing roles throughout the company
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
- Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity and preparing sales & marketing reports on a weekly basis
- Consistently collaborate with Head of Commercial to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
- Other duties as needed for sales and sales team development success
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- A university degree, with a focus on marketing or business studies preferred
- 2-4 years service sale experience
- Proven history of successful sales team leadership
- Experience in and ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
