  • Monitor the quality of the SILC activities through regular field visits.
  • Participate with project team in development of promotion and marketing materials.
  • Mentor and build the capacity of SILC PSPs and the community SILC groups and link mature groups to the existing Microfinance institutions.
  • Coordinate agricultural activities within the project through partnership with the county agriculture department
