The ideal candidates should have graduated from a recognized University in 2009 or before with BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or its equivalent preferably in heavy current with a minimum of 2d Class Honours.
The candidates must also have registered as Graduate Engineers with Kenya Engineers Registration Board (KERB) and display potential for achieving high results and being team
players.
Successful candidates will undergo a one-year training program at the Company’s Training School.
The training program will cover theory in specialized aspects of the business accompanied by practical attachments within various installations and operations of the Company.
On successful completion, they will be absorbed in specific functions of the Company.
