The company seeks to recruit dynamic, innovative and experienced individuals to fill the following position:
Finance & Administration Manager
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for providing Professional Leadership in the Financial Management of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Providing advice to
the Board/CEO on all financial matters. Must ensure compliance with set
financial targets and statutory requirements.
· Preparing accurate
and timely financial statements
· Managing the
generation of company financial plans and implement budgetary controls
· Developing and
reviewing financial & accounting procedures and policies
· Proving support on
employees administration and performance
· Other duties as shall
be assigned on need.
Requirement
· Must possess a
Bachelor of Commerce degree or its equivalent from a recognized university
· Must be a CPA(K )
holder
· Masters Degree in a
business related field will be an added advantage
· Must show proof of
five years minimum experience in a senior management position in a busy office.
· Experience in dealing
with auditors is expected
· A record of being
innovative, a team player, a team leader, transparent and possession of
analytical problem solving skills are pre-requisites
