Global Healthcare Public Foundation (AGHPF) Kenya is a registered organization
with the NGO Board of Kenya.
AGHPF is a leader in providing technical assistance to diagnostic and public health laboratories seeking international accreditation for medical Laboratories.
AGHPF has received additional funding from PEPFAR, through CDC, to support seven public laboratories in Kenya to prepare for accreditation.
AGHPF, therefore, wishes to expand its technical workforce by recruiting new staff.
Interested laboratory professionals who meet the following requirements should apply for the appropriate positions as shown below.
Senior Program Associate for Global Clinical Services: GCS-SPA03
Required: Candidate shall have a strong background of the accreditation process of diagnostic and public health laboratories as well as have knowledge of accreditation bodies and standards.
Skill/Knowledge: Shall have working knowledge of general diagnostic laboratory testing procedures and good laboratory practice. BSc or Higher Diploma with 4 years health laboratory practice, or Master of Science in an allied health field plus 3 years laboratory practice, or PhD with 1 year of current health laboratory practice.
Clinical Quality Associates (6 candidates): GCS-CQA05
Required: Candidate shall have a strong background in medical laboratory practice.
Skill/Knowledge: Candidate shall have excellent working knowledge of diagnostic and public health laboratories, knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements.
Candidate shall have a diploma and 6 years relevant work experience, higher diploma or master degree and 2 years relevant work experience. Work experience in an accredited laboratory will be an added advantage.
