Background
We are one of the region’s leading construction groups with over 1400 staff distributed in the region.
As part of our welfare scheme, the Company invites applications from interested, reputable and competent firms specializing in the provision of Catering Services to run the Staff Canteen.

As part of our welfare scheme, the Company invites applications from interested, reputable and competent firms specializing in the provision of Catering Services to run the Staff Canteen.
Specific Tasks
- Procure all food ingredients as required, prepare and serve lunch meals to the staff at two premises within Nairobi.
- Provide approximately 300 meals each day for 5 days in a week for staff working from Monday to Friday.
- Ensure that the kitchen and dining hall areas are maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Discard all waste materials daily at a nominated place.
Requirements
Interested firms must provide information indicating that they have qualified technical capabilities to undertake this assignment.
The firms should provide business profiles and description of similar assignments undertaken.
The information should include name and addresses of at least 2 clients (giving the contact person in each case) that the firm has worked with in the last 5 years.
Documents submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted document and does not bide itself to give any reasons for its action. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
Interested firms are requested to submit their proposals quoting the reference number in hard copy or email to the address below not later than 23rd November 2011.
