The Kimathi University College of Technology (KUCT) in its efforts to address and improve service delivery as an institution to its customers, stakeholders and general public wish to enlist the services of a suitably qualified consultant to provide consultancy services in the following areas:
Customer Satisfaction Survey –KUCT 064/2011-2012
Employee Satisfaction Survey – KUCT 065/2011-2012

Interested firms should satisfy the following minimum conditions:
- Company Profile Cleary defining the business name, physical address, contact numbers and contact persons.
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Business Permit/Trade license
- Accreditation/ Affiliation Certificate
- Qualifications of and experience of Key Staff
- Proof of previous similar consultancy works with comparable institutions
- Audited Accounts for the last two years
- VAT and Tax Compliance Certificates
- Bidders must sign and stamp all the pages of the tender documents
The
Request for Proposal documents containing detailed Terms of Reference of the
required services may be obtained from Kimathi University College of
Technology’s Procurement Office situated at the Nyeri campus along the
Nyeri-Mweiga Road during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Kshs 3,000.00 which will be charged for each set of documents.
Sealed and duly completed Proposal documents in plain envelopes indicating the Tender Number and without identifying the sender must be addressed to:

And be deposited inside the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Office in the Resource Center Block II so as to be received on or before 7th May 2012 at 12:00 Noon.
Tender documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of interested Consultants or their representatives who choose to attend the opening session at the Resource Centre II Dome.
The KUCT reserves the right to accept or reject the tender in whole or in part and does not bid itself to accept the lowest or any tender or give reasons for its decision. Any canvassing whatsoever will render the prospective bidder ineligible for participation.
