PLUS a Project funded by USAID is looking for a consultant to undertake
assessment of OVCs status and wellbeing according the TOR outlined in the
Request for Proposal documents.
Eligible
Bidders should attach documentations and meet the following minimum
requirements:-
- Must be a registered firm (Attach Registration Documents)
- Attach details of similar assignments completed within the last five years giving details of clients who may be contacted for more information
- Consultants must possess Post graduate degree in Social Sciences, Evaluation or Public Health
- Demonstrated capability in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Demonstrated capability to undertake household based surveys
- Experience having led similar or related OVC assignments
- Experience in program analysis, assessment and multi-district/county and community study design
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis
- Analytical, methodical and precise style of writing

(Between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
during official working days).
