Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Assessment of Status and Well Being of OVCS in Western Kenya

APHIA PLUS a Project funded by USAID is looking for a consultant to undertake assessment of OVCs status and wellbeing according the TOR outlined in the Request for Proposal documents.
 

Eligible Bidders should attach documentations and meet the following minimum requirements:-

1. Must be a registered firm (Attach Registration Documents)
2. Attach details of similar assignments completed within the last five years giving details of clients who may be contacted for more information
3. Consultants must possess Post graduate degree in Social Sciences, Evaluation or Public Health
4. Demonstrated capability in quantitative and qualitative research methods
5. Demonstrated capability to undertake household based surveys
6. Experience having led similar or related OVC assignments
7. Experience in program analysis, assessment and multi-district/county and community study design
8. Demonstrated experience in data analysis
9. Analytical, methodical and precise style of writing

Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) documents detailing scope of work can be obtained from: The Cash Office, World Vision Kenya on Karen Road, off Ngong Road Nairobi (Between 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday during official working days).
 

Completed Proposal documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly showing the RFP Ref No. and Description should be addressed and delivered to:

or delivered to the Tender Box at the reception of World Vision Kenya Karen Complex on Karen Road so as to be received on or before Friday 25th May 2012 at 10.00 Am. 

Tenders shall be opened publicly immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders who wish to witness the tender opening.
