Mumias Sugar Company Security Officer Job in Kenya

Mumias Sugar Company (MSC) is the leading sugar manufacturer in Kenya. 

In its leadership role, MSC has diversified into power, ethanol and water production, to ensure that we remain sustainable and competitive.

The company is in the process of completing the Ethanol plant. As a result there is need to recruit a security officer to fill the position of security officer incharge if investigations. 

Reporting to the security Services manager, the incumbent should have the following qualifications:-

• At least three years experience as an inspector of police in the Criminal Investigations Department.
• Should posses at least a diploma in security Management or any other social sciences.
• Must be a trained police investigator
• Should have been trained in Anti- Terrorism. Experience in Anti Terrorism duties will be an added advantage.
• Should be between the age of 30 to 40 years

His/ Her responsibilities will include the following:

• Protecting company property
• Investigating cases and compiling security reports
• Supervising subordinates working under him or her.
• Liaising  with external security forces (police and Provincial Administration)
• Participating in preparing security budgets
