1.0.
Background
Postal
Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme is a body corporate duly registered with
Retirement Benefits Authority to provide retirement benefits to employees of
Postal Corporation of Kenya.
Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified Consultants/Organizations with relevant experience to provide Consultancy Services for the preparation of a Five (5) Year Strategic Plan and a Trustee Charter.
2.0.
Scope of Assignment
The
assignment will entail developing Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme
and Postal Corporation of Kenya Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme strategic plan
and Trustee Charter for each Scheme.
3.0.
Objective of the Consultancy
The
objective of this consultancy is to develop a Strategic Plan and Trustee
Charter that will Guide the Trustees to ensure proper utilization of resources
and overall administration of the Scheme.
A
complete set of tender documents for each Scheme may be obtained from the
Scheme Secretariat Offices located at NHIF Building 9th Floor, Western Wing 1st
Ngong Avenue, Nairobi between 9 am and 4 pm (Monday to Friday) upon payment of
a non-refundable bid fee of Kshs 3,000.00 in cash or bankers cheque, payable to
Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme.

to be received not later than 29th August 2012 at 12 Noon.
Bids
will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who may wish to attend at the Scheme Boardroom, 9th Floor NHIF
Building.
