Travel
Industry is seeking to recruit a General Manager to be based in Kisumu
to oversee financial, administrative and marketing functions.
Duties
- To
manage revenue and costs
- To
manage H.R function
- Prepare
strategic plans and budgets
- Monitor
procurement procedures
- Identify
and evaluate potential security risk
- Recommend
changes to improve quality and reliability of services
Qualifications
- Min
5 years’ experience in business management, planning and oversight
- 5
experience in personnel management, evaluation and benefits administration
- Proven
skills in financial management
- Experience
in working in a marine transport environment will be an added advantage
- Knowledge
of health and safety regulation
Salary: 50,000
