Brief background: We are a Tours and Travel Company that has extensive experience in customized Corporate and Individual Cab services, Corporate Car Leasing, Car Hire, Tours and Air Ticketing services. 

We seek to make positive contributions to corporates and individuals in direct ways through providing quality service, saving time, bridging the gap between operational efficiency and staff mobility, reducing costs associated with total cost of ownership of transport means and enhancing convenience in transport and travel services.

We seek to recruit competent interested persons for the Position of Senior Accountant.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
•  Coordinate functions within the department, mentor, appraise and assist employees’ development for improved performance. 
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of company annual revenue and operational budgets.
• Manage the production of monthly management reports including, revenues, operations and bank reconciliations for the company.
• Establish policies and procedures for capturing, recording and controlling revenues, operation expenses and all costing of products and services.
• Ensure operational expenses are maintained at the appropriate level
• Develop and appraise staff and tasks done
• Advice and coordinate financial audit, compliance with all tax, statutory deductions and remittance on due dates.
• Manage other financial projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Business/Commerce
• CPA Finalist
• 3-5 years  accounting/finance experience
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and standards.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and operate with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical skills
• Confidentiality
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments
