Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) to Provide Consultancy Services for Unaitas Business Processes Improvement
 

1. Introduction
 

Unaitas is a deposit-taking Sacco, licensed under the Sacco Societies Act. 

Over time Unaitas has established itself as a leading financial institution playing a central and supportive role in the social and economic development of our country through the provision of competitively priced financial products.
 

Unaitas is in the process of undertaking a transformative program, aimed at delivering the provisions and initiatives in our strategic plan. 

The organization would like to engage the services of a consultant, to assist in Business processes Improvement.

2. Consultant Requirements
 

The expected Consultant to receive a detailed RFP document for this assignment shall be required to possess the following minimum requirements;

i. Mandatory Requirements;

• Registration information (Incorporation Certificate).
• Valid Tax compliance certification.
• Detailed organization profile.

ii. Prequalification Scoring requirements;

• Successful completion of 3 similar engagements over the last 5 years (Attach evidence).
• Capability statement.
• Experienced Professional qualification of proposed team for the above assignment (Attach CVs for similar engagements over the last 5 years).
• Clientele base (names and address of at least three clients that the consultant has worked with over the last five (5) years)

Only firms meeting Mandatory requirements and scoring above 60/100 in the EOI stage will proceed to RFP.
