Our client is a motor vehicle manufacturer and seller for the African Market. 

They seek to hire an After Sales Manager in the Automobile industry to lead in the provision of after sales services to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and deliver specific after sales services, like network support and training
• Assist in the development of the After Sales Strategy
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Technical and After Sales Training program
• Provide a significant and active contribution in support of growing the business
• Build strong relationships with external customers and secure long term business
• Conducting of market research in order to identify best After Sales Services
• Provide customer support through the After Sales Team
• Measuring customer satisfaction
• Formulate margins and price of spare parts and service labour rates
• Managing a cross functional after sales team
• Communicate timelines and project progress with internal and external management teams
• Manage difficult suppliers and resolve disputes while preserving relationships
• Deliver on agreed budgets and targets
• Develop and formulate forecasts and budgets
• Review monthly sales and performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree in Business / Economics / Engineering / Logistics & Procurement or similar
• Preferably formal technical qualifications
• 3 or more years related experience in After sales
• Previous experience working in After Sales/Customer Service environment
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word and Access
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
