As part of our growth plan, we are seeking a self driven, organised, experienced and ambitious individual to join our team in the position of Business Consultant
The Position
The position holder will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
- Preparing client reports with regard to consulting including ensuring that projects are delivered to client specifications and within the set timelines
- Undertaking business development work including lead identification, sales follow ups and deals closure as well as coordinating tasks undertaken with part time consultants
- Planning, designing and carrying out industry research, including competitive and financial analysis that is relevant to the business and our clients;
- Enforcement of Altima Africa’s project management and quality assurance process;
- Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time consultants;
The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a University Degree in a business related field with an emphasis in Finance or HR
- Have at least 4 years work experience with a good mix of experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Human Resource certification and recruitment experience will be an added advantage
