Training & Development Manager
 

Job Purpose: This job is responsible for ensuring everyone is fully trained up and can do their job effectively, training and development Manager will also help employees learn new skills and develop existing ones. 

The position reports to the Group Human Resources Manager.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or Human Resources Development or a related field of study
• Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

• A Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Knowledge and experience in Training and Development
• Computer literacy
