Request for Expression of Interest: Customer Satisfaction Survey
 

Introduction: Baringo County Government is one of the 47 Counties in Kenya. It is situated in the Rift Valley. The County Government has a mandate to transform the livelihoods of its residents by creating a conducive framework that offers quality services to all citizens in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. 

It aims to do this by embracing community managed development initiatives for environmental sustainability, adaptable technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship in all spheres of life. 

In line with this mandate the County Government is inviting eligible and qualified firms to express their interest to carry out a baseline customer Satisfaction survey.

Interested bidders should provide information on their EOI indicating their suitability to perform the assignments by show of relevant documentary evidence of past similar accomplishment.

To be eligible, the firm(s) must fulfill the following minimum criteria
 

1. Provision of statutory legislation documents i.e. copies of PIN,VAT Registration, and certificate of Incorporation / Registration and Tax Compliance certificate.
 

2. Demonstrate financial and organization strength attaching audited accounts for the last two years.
 

3. Provide Curriculum Vitae (CV’s) of team players (who must possess degree qualification in relevant fields: Business Administration, Strategic Management, Sociology, Statistics, Communication/Public Relations or other relevant fields.
 

4. Provide details of completed similar assignments undertaken within
 

- the last (5) five years, in public organizations - Lead consultant.
 

- the last (3) three years in public organization, team players.
 

5. Provide company profile including physical and postal address, day time telephone contacts and email contacts.
 

6. Knowledge about Baringo County and County Government Act, 2012 will be an added advantage.
 

7. The total duration of the consultancy services will be for two months only after the contract signing.

The documents should be placed in Tender Box at Procurement Department in Kabarnet or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than 26th October, 2014 at 11.00a.m.

Submitted documents will be opened publicly in Procurement Department soon after the above closing date and time in the presence of the tenders or their representatives who choose to attend. 

Late bids will be returned unopened.

Baringo County Government reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does,not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
