Business Development Manager (Fashion) Job in Kenya

Our client is an International Fashion Brand currently recruiting aBusiness Development Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Understand, contribute to and, most importantly, implement the Company's Business Plan.
• Developing relationships with existing clients in Kenya and Internationally to grow the business globally.
• Liaising with team/management to plan the online shop product assortment.
• Matching production cycle with the most profitable sales strategy.
• Identifying new African markets in potential creation of new distribution points in key Africa markets & extend this to new global markets.
• Ensuring team understand and meet weekly targets
• Handling customer accounts, staying abreast of the changing landscape of the industry and retailers evolving requirements.
• Product and price analysis with team.
• Market Research extending, but not limited to, influencers & competitors' product assortment, marketing, pricing and sales strategies.
• Overseeing design and development based on agreed sales strategies.
• Researching & recommending marketing & promotional activities to team/management.
• Be responsible for a successful growth and expansion of the brand by building sustainable business partnerships and reaching out to a vast variety of stores electronically.
• Be in charge of the online shop and outlets' performance optimisation: monitor all relevant data & make decisions accordingly, based upon a deep insight into the company's figures.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree is required. Economics, PR & Marketing or Business studies.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent written skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Expert internet research abilities.
• Experience working with a dynamic brand that is ready for change.
• Ability to work with targets
• A passion for fashion and design.
• Must have a Valid Passport

Salary: KShs 80,000 - 120,000
