1. Data Manager

Role:
Reporting to the Program Manager AMPATH under the oversight of Assistant Program Manager-Data/IT, the successful candidate will among others be responsible for the following:-
· Assist in planning,
training, organizing, coordinating and controlling data management services in
the program.
· Provide technical
assistance in data management to other data managers in the data management
team as may be required.
Qualifications
· Master of Science in
Information technology, Computer Science or any other related field.
· Proficiency in data
analysis, interpretation and manipulation of data; knowledge of database
construction, management and retrieval methods.
· Good communication,
programming and problem solving skills.
· Experience in
research will be an added advantage.
2. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

The Role:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the incumbent will among others be responsible for the following:- Design and implement a comprehensive M&E system for the program.
He/she must ensure that, the system generates high quality input, analysis, reports, and the information is useful for improving performance of the Program.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:-

· Masters Degree in
Public Health, Environmental Health, Biostatistics or related Field.
· Past Experience with
PMTCT will be an added advantage
· Good writing,
problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Training, knowledge,
and experience with Excel, Ms Access, SAS, STATA or EPI INFO and/or qualitative
data analysis software is a must.
· Good understanding of
public health issues particularly HIV/AIDS, TB, and reproductive health and
knowledge on Community Health strategies.
