The Sales & Marketing Manager will be expected to assist in market penetration and enhance the product’s growth strategy.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
· Developing the annual
Marketing plan.
· Executing and
monitoring the plan
· Managing the annual
Advertising Marketing Budget
· Developing and
executing product, launches, promotions and demonstrations
· Identifying and
monitoring sates activation activities
· Gathering and reporting
Market intelligence
· Submitting monthly
reports to the GM
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree in a
Business Degree or equivalent.
· At least 3 years
working experience in a sates, brand or marketing management position.
· Proven sales track
record with a reputable organization.
· Selling experience in
FMCG sector and trade sates activations are mandatory.
· A professional Sales
& Marketing qualification including CIM diploma will be an added advantage.
· Excellent
interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Self starter while
meeting tight deadlines.
