The position is open to qualified Kenyans either male or female.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To
develop and implement curriculum that reflects current approaches to
effective learning and teaching based on the Early Child Education (ECE)
in Kenya.
- Provide
professional leadership to teaching team.
- Coordinate
the delivery of the curriculum.
- Carry
out appraisals for teaching staff.
- Act
as a liaison between the Board and parents.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Hold
a Diploma in Early Child Development (ECD) from a recognized institution
with minimum of five (5) years professional teaching experience at Early
Year’s level.
- Strong
leadership, management and communication skills.
- Excellent
marketing skills.
- Knowledge
of administrative procedures and systems.
- Excellent
interpersonal, organization and planning skills.
- Must
love and be patient with children
