Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Brand Builder will have his/her key performance indicators as follows:
Job Summary
· Conduct a monthly
market survey through advertising, demand estimation and customer satisfaction
research.
· Identify potential
new customers and initiate a sales campaign to secure and retain their
business.
· Provide the necessary
management information to put in place a business winning promotion and
advertising strategy.
· Analyze segments of
the market in terms of brand type and propose ways of improving company’s
market share of target brands.
· Propagate an
excellent working relationship with Key Customers through regular market
visits.
Person Specifications:
· Bachelors Degree in
Marketing / Business Administration.MBA in Marketing would be an added
advantage.
· Marketing
Professional qualification e.g. CIMA
· Minimum 2-3 years
working experience acquired in sales and marketing departments
· Should be a team
player and a leader.
· Excellent
Communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to analyze
market data, recommend and implement necessary actions.
· Ability to analyze
financial data and to prepare budgets.
· A strong Business
acumen.

guide: 25–
30 years
