The
Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is an independent commission set up
under Article 215 of the Constitution of Kenya.
Its core mandate is to recommend the basis for equitable sharing of revenues raised nationally between the National and the County Government and among the County Governments.
The Commission seeks to recruit a qualified and competent candidate to fill the above job position.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the Commission’s ICT strategy, policy and plans.
- Assess and regularly review the Commission’s ICT needs and recommend suitable ICT solutions.
- Implement, offer user support and maintain the approved ICT solutions.
- Formulate ICT security and risk mitigation strategies for the Commission.
- Liaise with and recommend on ICT matters to County and National Governments.
- Sensitize the Commission on new and upcoming ICT products.
Minimum
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, information Systems or Software Engineering from a reputable institution of higher learning. Additional post graduate qualifications in relevant fields will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in progressively responsible senior ICT position(s).
- Must have initiated and accomplished or actively participated in computerization projects.
- Must be a person of integrity; demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong managerial skills, including motivating, developing, coaching and leading teams.
