Teamleader Pathology and Radiology
The Team Leader Pathology and Radiology will manage and oversee the operations of the team with a key focus on optimum stock holding, maximising fill rate, minimizing expiries, product substitution, competitive pricing, production of daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensuring the team works as per the company policies.
S/he will assist in the selection of suppliers/vendors while ensuring the right products are purchased at the best negotiated prices.
In addition, S/he will also prepare and process purchase orders as well as regularly maintain and update purchasing records.
Applicants should hold a Bachelors degree in the relevant field i.e. BA or Bsc. A Post graduate qualification in a business related field as well as Certification in Purchase and Supply Chain Management (CIPS) and Laboratory experience will be an added advantage.
S/he should have a minimum of 3 years experience at supervisory level in a purchasing and warehousing function.
The ideal candidate should be result oriented with excellent organization and communication skills.
Section Heads – Chemistry and Histology
The Section Head will be responsible for provision of effective, efficient, quality laboratory services.
S/he will Orientate new employees in the section and evaluate the performance of technologists and support personnel.
S/he will Perform clinical audits and ensure quality assurance records are up-to-date.
Applicants for the position must have a Higher Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.
S/he must have five (5) years relevant working experience in a leadership position, must be registered by the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technician Board, and hold a valid practice licence.
S/he should have excellent orgnisational, communication, leadership and time management skills.
Supervisor Housekeeping
The Supervisor, Housekeeping will supervise all the activities of the stewards/cleaners to ensure
proper cleaning standards, maintenance of safety standards and infection control.

S/he will set controls for cleaning materials from the housekeeping store and coordinate activities for the enhancement of a customer oriented service delivery.
Applicants for the position must have a Diploma in Housekeeping/Laundry from Kenya Utalii College or other accredited Institution.
S/he must have at least five years of similar working experience in a large organization with good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
Medical Laboratory Technologist – Chemistry and Haematology
The Medical Laboratory Technologist will primarily be responsible for provision of effective, efficient, quality Laboratory services.
