Chief Human Resource Officer - Job Group M (1 Post)
Terms of Service: Permanent
Requirements for appointment
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- A Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration in HRM from recognized institution ¡n Kenya
- Have knowledge, experience and a distinguished career of not less than five years in Human Resource Management
- Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010
Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of Integrated Personnel and Payroll Data systems (IPPD)
- Prepare payroll and make requisite returns to the respective institutions
- Ensuring input of third parties deductions into the payroll
- Assisting in preparing annual staff emolument budget and performing any Human Resource duties as may be assigned by the County Director Human Resource Management
- Ensure all payroll recoveries are timely made
- Establish raw data for annual personnel budget preparation, and
- Work closely with Human Resource Officers

- A certificate from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Clearance from any Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
