In line with its business growth strategy, vacancies have arisen in the group for the following positions:

1. Group Sales and Marketing Manager

The position reports to the group managing director.

Overall job purpose

To develop business processes and systems that will drive revenue growth both from organic opportunities with current customers and through the effective acquisition of new customers in current and new markets.

Key roles and responsibilities

The suitable person is expected to:
  • Lead the sales and marketing strategy formulation and implementation to develop our brands and as a result maintain and drive business growth
  • Be a team player that will manage the sales and marketing team to ensure achievement of targets
  • Lead business development efforts to identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Ensure the group has a robust customer care team offering first class support to clients
  • Get market intelligence on future market trends to help improve our service and product offering
Requirements
  • A business degree with a post graduate sales/marketing professional qualification.
  • At least 6 Years experience in sales/marketing, 3 of which should be at managerial level. Industry experience will be an added advantage. .
  • A proven track record in driving revenues through effective business development, sales processes and people
  • Strong commitment, leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills.
2. Sales Executives

5 positions

The positions report to Group Sales and Marketing Manager

Overall job purpose

Responsible for revenue growth in product lines through increased sales and value addition by introduction of new and existing products to current and potential customers, conduct market research and propose innovations that impact on product line improvement to meet changing customer’s demands.

Key roles and responsibilities
  • Implementing required sales strategies to ensure revenue growth along all product lines.
  • Source for business across all business productions
  • Maintain customer relations ship to ensure business retention
  • Continuously provide reports on the market trends
Requirements
  • Business degree preferably marketing or with a post graduate sales/marketing professional qualification
  • 2 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the service industry.
  • Proactive and willing to take the initiative to propose and implement new approaches
  • Good commercial flair
  • Passion for both sales and customer service.
  • Must have initiative and be able to work without supervision
