Job Description
- Monitor, Review and advise the Management on the Implementation of UNES Strategic Plan.
- Guide the Development & Implementation of the IGUs Strategic & Business Plans and prepare Quarterly Management Reports on the IGUs Performances.
- Ensure Full Documentation and Follow Ups relating to ISO 9001:2008 Continued Certification, Quality Internal Audits and Improvements Programmes.
- Preparing Timely Reports and Inputs on all aspects of the Company’s Performance Contracting.
- Support the Company’s initiatives in the Integrity Testing Programmes in line with the KACC Guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the DMD from time to time

Specifications
- Masters in Business Administration in Strategic management or a related area.
- A minimum of 3 Years relevant experience and having Good Knowledge and Experience in Financial Modelling
- Having Strong Data Analysis capability using both MS Excel and other Database Statistical Software
- Strong Communication Skills, , Report Writing and Presentation Skills using MS Office Applications
- Good Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Capable of working independently
