preventable deaths and disabilities from unsafe abortion.
Through local, national and global partnerships, Ipas works to ensure that women obtain safe, respectful and comprehensive reproductive health services.
Ipas has a number of vacant positions to be based at the African Alliance office in Nairobi.
The Ipas Africa Alliance is based in Nairobi and focuses on regional policy change and improving reproductive health programs in multiple Africa countries.
Position: Program Coordinator
The program coordinator reports to the Program Manager: She/he provides administrative support, maintains communication with team members and partners independently and collaboratively, participates in report writing and helps harmonize activities in the programs unit’s health systems and community related efforts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social science or equivalent, experience in program coordination and management of logistics. Good communication skills. Excellent administrative and budget preparing skills, and demonstrated computer skills.
The position is offered on a one year renewable contract based on performance and availability of funds.
