Kisumu Water and Sewerage is a water services provider established in line with the Water Act 2002 to manage, operate and maintain water & sewerage services within Kisumu City and its environs.

The company invites suitably qualified applicants to serve in the Board to represent Women, in Kisumu.

Applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Be educated to at least ‘O’ level. Higher levels of education will be an added advantage.
• Experience in formulating policies, strategies and business plans at senior management level in public, large private sector or NGO.
• Demonstrate experience in business or any profession for at least 7 years.
• Demonstrate participation and involvement in local development.
• Demonstrate experience in change management.
• Knowledge of Water Sector Reforms will be an added advantage.
• Be a resident of Kisumu.
• Be above 21 years of age and below 70 years.
• Have an endorsement by the women grouping you wish to represent

All applications must be accompanied by a detailed CV signed by the applicant, copy of national ID and copies of academic certificates, also signed by the applicant.

The selection committee shall vet all applications and propose to the Annual General Meeting a suitable candidate for election as a Director.
