Supervisor, Examinations
Responsible for: Delivering quality training set and administers examinations and conduct va1uation on training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing examination materials
- Supervising exam invigilator’s
- Disseminating information, answering enquiries and dealing with complaints regarding examinations.
- Ensuring safe custody of examination materials
- Organising the examination rooms, in accordance with regulations.
- Issuing examination timetables
- Briefing staff and trainees on examination regulations and preparing written guidelines for staff and students;
- Organizing the inputting of data for student examinations.
- Supervising the distribution of external examination papers.
- Supervising collection and custody of completed examination papers.
- Supervising issuance of exam results to trainees.
- Supervising production of examination results statistics.
- Any other duties assigned.
Skills Required:
- Master’s degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A PHD will be an added advantage
- Training in a learning development area will be an added advantage
- Three (3) years experience at an Officer level or equivalent position in a large organization.
- At least two (2) years experience in an exam handling in a large training institution.
- Certificate of good conduct
- Tax Compliance
- Computer literacy

- Be able to work accurately and to deadlines.
