Senior Sous Chef- Sudan
Our client, an international hotel based in Khartoum Sudan is looking for Senior Sous Chef.
The successful candidate should have international experience and MUST be willing to work in Khartoum.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and maintain the standards in terms of quality and proficiency.
- Manage and maintain high levels of personal hygiene.
- Manage and maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the workplace.
- Place orders with food suppliers.
- Receive and check food deliveries from suppliers.
- Perform stock counts and maintain rotation policies.
- Control and issue internal requisitions.
- To perform on the job training and improve the skills of subordinates.
- To perform training sessions and improve the knowledge of subordinates.
Qualification:
- Must have a diploma /degree in hotel management.
- Must have at least 5-7 years of related progressive experience.
- Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations.
- Must have working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience
