The Job: We seek to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Brand and Communications Manager.

Key responsibilities include;
- Create and manage valuable media partnerships and engagement plans.
- Managing the content for the organization’s Internet website, Intranet and social media platforms.
- Facilitate design, production and editing of corporate publications and press information.
- Facilitating media visibility and publicity for all corporate events, functions and activities
- Manage internal communications strategies and plans in support of business objectives.
- Manage corporate advertisements, media supplements and documentaries for internal and external communication.
- Originate speeches, statements, profiles and other forms of corporate communications for external stakeholders and having oversight for internal brand communication.
- Coordinate communication logistics, research and briefing for all communication related activities.
- Manage third party suppliers for PR agency, photography and videography services.
- Recommending, planning & co-coordinating brand PR activities likely to enhance the brands sales and image in the short or long term.
- Monitor competitor activities affecting the brand and take appropriate corrective action.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration,
- Must possess professional qualifications in either Journalism, Brand Management or Public Relations.
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience in handling corporate communications.
- Experience in crisis communications desirable
- Experience in writing press releases, commentaries, publications, opinion pieces and speeches.
- IT proficiency in Microsoft suite packages including Graphic design.
