Kilimo Talii Lodge Manager Job in Chogoria Kenya

“Kilimo Talii” is an agro-tourism lodge located on the Eastern slopes of Mt. Kenya in Chogoria, Tharaka Nthi County. 

The lodge aims at hosting local and international tourists in an attractive camp with several cottages, camping site, bar & restaurant, recreation and outdoor activities.

The facility now seeks to recruit a Lodge Manager whose major responsibility will be to manage and develop an innovative, lucrative and profitable business in agro-tourism.

Roles and responsibilities

• Managing the entire facility by ensuring that quality standards and guest expectations are met
• Developing and realizing promotional/marketing plans and activities
• Supervising staff at the lodge
• Developing financial plans and budgets including procurement schedules
• Ensuring compliance to licensing and public health regulations
• Advising management on future growth trajectories

Qualifications & Experience
 

We are looking for at least a Diploma holder in hospitality or related fields with good marketing and interpersonal skills. 

She/he should have at least 5 years experience in a similar or relevant business environment.
