Arabic Speaking Sales Representative Job in Nairobi Kenya (KES 70K - 100K)

Vacancy: Arabic Speaking - Sales Representative 
 

A well established market leader in the FMCG industry is for Area Sales Representative is accountable for the sales activities in the respective geographic area to ensure maximum market penetration. 

He/she will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
 

Location: Nairobi 
 

Duties:

• Maintain and increase sales of CIL Brands and SKU’s.
• Reach and exceed the targets and goals set for his/her geographic area.
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
• Service the needs of existing customers
• Increase business through various routes to market.
• Developing sales strategies to deliver superior sales results.
• Keep up to date with competitive activities and prepare reports for management.
• Direct activities related to routing and tracking of sales vehicles.
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent within approved budgets.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvement and demand.
• Keep management informed by reviewing, analyzing and writing special reports; summarizing information and identifying trends.

Required:

• A minimum of 5 years FMCG industry experience
• Bachelor degree in sales and marketing.
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management.
• Problem solving and decision making skills plus the ability to think laterally while also offering creative solutions.
• Commercial awareness and some numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Negotiation and analytical skills.

Monthly gross Salary: Ksh 70,000 - 100,000 depending on experience
