Vacancy: Product Manager - ITSM (Integrated System Management Solution)

Techno Brain offers innovative software solutions to Government, NGO, and large Private organizations. 

Due to the recent expansions Techno Brain seeks to recruit an excellent BDM for our Managed Services Practise.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Understanding ITSM solutions thoroughly.
• Should have deep knowledge of ITSM solutions, ITIL Processes, BSM, BYOD, MDM.
• Should have handled ITSM solutions & have deep knowledge of at least one solution like IBM Tivoli, HP Open View, BMC
• Own and drive product target
• Should work closely with OEM partner on product strategy 
• To conduct technical product demos & create technical solution, proposal.
• Work closely with Practice & Sales team to achieve product sales.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market direction.
• Drive sales enablement activities and content; act as key contact with the sales organization driving communications of product roadmaps, competitive positioning and key messages. 
• Drive competitive intelligence activities and collateral.
• Create all externally facing content that communicates the product messages like presentations, mailers, presentations etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience & 2+ Year of experience in Product management for enterprise software companies, predominantly focused on ITSM space or similar
• World-class product handing experience with strong writing skills and presentation skills.
• Experience developing product positioning and messaging, communications, launching new products and releases, and developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to adapt messages for different audiences and continue to drive results in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience partnering with sales and product management teams.
• Experience presenting to customers and prospects, as well as to analysts and the press.
• Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
• Results oriented.
