- Preferably a Degree in Natural Resource Management/Environmental Studies, Community Development, Project Management, Wildlife Management or its equivalent and other related areas.
- Have served in a relevant position with experience of atleast three years in environmental conservation or project management
- At least three years of relevant experience in donor funded projects
- Ability to work as a team leader with minimum supervision
- A person who is honest and of high integrity
- Must be Computer literate
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local Miji Kenda language is an added advantage.
- Motorbike riding license
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following

- Implementing the project activities
- Secretary to the PIC responsible for taking minutes during PIC meeting
- Proper documentation and record keeping of the projects records
- Proper financial management (expenditure and Incomes) with advice from CDTF
- Liaise with the community to implement the project activities as outlined in the project document
- Prudent project management of the project
- Provide periodic report on the project progress
- Resolve conflicts due to conflicting interests among community groups
- Internal periodic monitoring and evaluation of the project performance
