Role Objective / Summary

To consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent partner needs to the company.

In addition, build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand company capabilities, products and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
  • Sell and service Intellect Group’s customer requirements in customer’s full range of products
  • Manage full process of the sales from cold calling, presenting, negotiating and closing deals
  • Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all accounts.
  • Ensure orders are invoiced and processed
  • Providing training to new entrants
  • Responsible for customer relationships and meeting clients’ expectations.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the partner and the company.
  • Provide strong representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Collect all outstanding payments with the allocated accounts.
  • Regularly visit accounts to ensure sustenance of a good relationship.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing management of any problems that may arise.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in sales and marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Good communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills
  • Must have initiative and be able to work without supervision
  • Aggressive and presentable

Experience

College Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and coordinating academic and student programmes in the college including curriculum choices, student recruiting, admissions and other student affairs
  • Organize and manage administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the college
  • Ensuring budgets and financial system compliance
  • Assisting with recruitment, public relations, alumni relations and marketing activities
  • Administrating student ‘life cycle’ from registration or admissions to graduating and leaving
  • Providing admistration support to academic team of lecturers and tutors
  • Drafting and interpreting regulations and dealing with queries and complaints procedures
  • Coordinating examination and assessment procedures
  • Maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures
  • Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use
  • Liaising with administration staff, academic staff and students
  • Liaising with other partner institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students
  • Organizing and facilitating a variety of social and educational activities
  • Contributing to policy and planning
Experience
  • 5 – 10 years work experience in same or similar capacity
  • High organizational and administration skills
  • Master in Education, Institutional Management/ Organizational Management or Business administration or professional experience in lieu of this
