Role Objective / Summary
 

To take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between the company and customers.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Preparing accurate and timely tenders, prequalification for tenders, quotations and proforma invoices and send them to customers as required. 
  • Process enquiries by phone, email and customer visits in relation to company business.

ICAP of Columbia University is working in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Medical Services to strengthen HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment services at provincial and district health facilities. 

 

This program is part of a US Government initiative against HIV in Kenya that receives funding from PEPFAR through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
