Web / Front End Designer Job Vacancy in Kenya

Do you have the creative sense for User Interface (UI) Design?

We are looking for a UI / Web Designer to own and develop end-to-end the visual design for a Financial Services Web Application.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Designer who can create beautiful, usable, professional web applications using best practices and conforming to W3C standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design insight as it relates to aesthetics, usability, web standards, and accessibility
• Create revenue generating sites and application interfaces by transforming business requirements and customer needs into compelling user experiences.
• Design web related media from concept to production
• Communicate design rational through development of wireframes, user scenarios, mockups and HTML prototypes
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Developers and End Users

Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript
• Knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop
• Conversant with Cross Browser design and testing
• At least 1 year commercial experience
• Degree in the relevant technical field
