Sales and Marketing Manager

A Safari company in Karen Area is looking for a dynamic person to join their expanding company.

The ability to lead a team and take responsibility for their commercial aspect of the company is essential.

Job Role

Sales Aspects

• Heading a team of six sales and reservations staff
• Quality control on output of sales team
• Sales training
• Performance statistics

Marketing Aspect

• Marketing material production
• Tour Operator relationship-redeveloping, training and updating.
• Liaising with overseas reps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the tourism Industry
• University Degree preferred
• Strong IT skills and knowledge of design program an advantage
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Excellent written English.

Salary 200,000/- to 300,000/- gross
