Marketing Liaison Officer

Shall act as the link person between the marketing department functions and, office marketers, I.T. department and property owners.

Shall be involved in marketing properties.

Shall update the property listing and inform all offices marketers and management on any changes i.e. acquired and disposed properties.

Shall update all property owns on status of their respective properties.

Shall liaise with IT department to ensure e- shorts foe all new properties is sent out as they are acquired.

Shall review and follow up on website listings to ensure proper code are used and all properties are well displayed.

Shall undertake all document filing for the marketing department and ensure all files have the mandatory documents.

Shall advise on all new and reviewed contracts

Shall follow up all marketing department meetings and other marketing related meetings, write minutes and post them by mail.

Follow up on all outstanding debts within the marketing department

Shall prepare viewing schedule for all office marketers to ensure all have viewed the existing properties.

Ensuring coordination in the operations of all marketing sections.

Building of the prospective tenants/purchasers data-base.

Liaise with HR in Coordinating and arranging for training of all marketers/site representatives.

Compiling Daily reports in Marketing Department.

Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.

Qualification:
  • Min. Diploma in any sales/business related field.
  • Degree in any field.
  • Sales and marketing experience of 2 years will be an advantage.
