We are currently seeking to fill in the position of a shop attendant

Job Description

• Ensure regular supply of stock at the shop
• Assist customers/clients find the items they are looking
• Understand the market and clients’ needs
• Arranging items on the shelves
• Ensure the shop is clean and neat
• Answering clients’ queries and complaints
• Responsible for security within the shop
• Advising clients on the various items up for sale
• Communicating new items to potential clients and customers
• Sourcing for new customers
• Prepare sales reports

Requirements

• Diploma in a business related field. Preferably Business Administration / Management
• Experience in retail sales/ shop attendant
• Experience in fashion / garment industry will be an added advantage
• Computer literate
• Keen to details
• Honest, clean, and organized
