The County Government of Mombasa hereby Request for both Technical and Financial Proposals for Provision of Comprehensive Health Systems Audit.
Interested bidders Must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services.
The Consultant is expected to lead in data collection and analysis of County of Mombasa relating to health services to determine their compliance with the devolution readiness.
The Consultant is expected to map Kenya Obligations to the free movement of capital in the EAC Common Market protocol.
Based on the desk legal research, the Consultant will conclude the desk research instrument and lead the administration of the Mombasa County expert panel instrument, and participate in constructing the health workforce index and narrative report.
This will lead to implementation of a County-specific “right of reply” process on preliminary data collection results.

Prices quoted Must be inclusive of VAT and any other taxes and must remain valid for at least 90 days from the closing date of this tender.
