Our client in the service industry is looking to urgently fill the positions of Sales Executives. 

Details pertaining to the position are as below:  
 

Position: Sales Executive
 

Location: Nairobi
 

Reports To: Managing Partner

Positions Available: Five (5)

Overall Job Purpose: Achieve targeted levels of sales

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales
• Build and maintain an accurate and current client database
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase services
• Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both client and company 
• Overcome client resistance/objections to services
• Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by the Managing Partner
• Conduct targeted business development campaigns to achieve sales 
• Match appropriate services to client requirements
• Maintain high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Marketing/Sales Diploma from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal, written) 
• Energetic, positive, can-do attitude 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Can work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision
