MSF France, Somalia mission is looking for a Nurse Supervisor
The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi office with frequent visits to the field.
He/she will be responsible for day to day following of the medical activities in Jamaame hospital and liaise with the co-ordination team in Nairobi to offer support as required.
Requirements:
* Nursing qualifications, previous MSF or NGO experience.
* Must be registered with Nursing Board
* Excellent knowledge on Public Health and Nutrition programmes
* Kenyan Somali or Somali nationality.
* Previous working experience inside Somalia with similar set up
* Interest in training, whilst not mandatory would be advantageous
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Interest in and commitment to MSF’s activities, ability to present MSF values, principles and activities to others
* Good command of English and Somali, both written and spoken.
* Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* Strong management, networking and interpersonal skills
* Proven oral and written skills
* Strong multi cultural awareness
* Problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
