We seek to fill the above position in our packhouse and invite qualified and dedicated applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining quality product output
• Ensuring flowers are processed as per the customer specifications
• Proper control of company resources
• Control, development and performance appraisal for the packhouse team
• Provide leadership and direction on all packhouse issues
• Packhouse documentation accuracy and consistency
• Efficient product grading and processing
• Enforcement of health and safety procedures and policies

Personal Profile

• Mature disposition, unquestionable integrity with meticulous approach to work
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, able to take initiative and inspire others
• Goal oriented and ability to work independently

Requirements

• Either a degree or a diploma preferably in agricultural related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
• Knowledge of quality management systems and packhouse operations
• Some knowledge in marketing and sales will be an added advantage.
