Job Title: Procurement Executive

Location: Mombasa

Company Profile

One of the largest manufacturers of high quality edible vegetable oils & fats, margarine, and laundry & toilet soaps in the East and Central African region.

Main Responsibilities

• Designates supplies to ensure smooth process of procurement
• Sources, creates LPO, follows up of timely delivery, Invoices posting
• Ultimate settlements of Invoices after reconciliation with the Supplier Statements & Supplier Ledger accounts

Require Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Exposure in a manufacturing Industry is a definite Advantage
• Professional qualification in procurement/purchasing and supplies management from a recognized institution
• Familiarity with procurement procedures

Skills

• Working Knowledge of ERP
• Excellent drafting and reporting skills
• Should be a team player
• Excellent communication skills and follow up skills
• High integrity and excellent attention to details
