(B) Pastry Chefs

Age: Above 25 years

Education & professional qualifications

• “O” level education
• Formal training in Food production or bakery/pastry or related training

Experience

• At least 3 years working experience in a busy Kitchen or bakery for the pastry chef
• Experience in either Indian/Japanese/Chinese cuisine
• International exposure a definite advantage

Job Role

• Food production (Indian/Chinese/Japanese or bakery/pastry production)
• Compliance to International Hygiene standards
• Ability to monitor food costs
• Documentation relating to food production

2. Electrician

Age: Between 25 & 35 Years

Education & professional qualifications

• A Diploma holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Higher National Diploma in the same will be an added advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in a FMCG process oriented organization or the hotel industry

Job Role

• Repair plant machinery and systems with minimal supervision
• Maintenance of plant equipment as per the layout preventive schedules
• Observing all identified safety and environment requirements
• Ability to carry out minor mechanical repairs including arc welding
• Fast learner as most equipment are specialized.
• Basic refrigeration and air-conditioning knowledge will be added advantage

Industry Knowledge

• Safety Management – adheres to good practices
• Interpretation of circuit diagrams

Personal Attributes

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Works with teams to cover all operational requirements & targets – Team player
• Be clear and concise in verbal communication
• Creative and good thinker

3. Accountant

Age: Between 30 and 37 Years

Education & professional qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field
• CPA (K)
• Proficiency in computers

Experience

• At least 5 years working experience in a busy environment, at least 2 years at Senior level of management
• Working knowledge or experience in Navision definite advantage

Job Role

• General ledger maintenance.
• Debt collection
• Preparation of management and financial accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Ability to train junior staff with in the finance team
• Ability to report with speed and accuracy, adhering to strict deadlines

Industry knowledge

• Manufacturing
• Hospitality
